Mini Panini Platters

 

Host your event with an Assortment of mini paninis made with classic Italian Meats & Cheeses, Vegetarian selections, or one of our Grilled Specialties.  Mini paninis are served on a small Football Roll or our Homemade Foccaccia Bread, and the Platters are garnished with a variety of Italian olives.

 

Italian Meats:                                                                  $5.95

 

Assortment of small meat sandwiches, made with Prosciutto di Parma, Genova Salami, Mortadella, Sopressata, or Capocolla.  Each mini meat panini is served with Cheese, lettuce & tomato, and dressed with our signature homemade Italian dressing.

 

Vegetarian:                                                                      $4.95

 

Assortment of Vegetarian mini paninis containing three types of fresh vegetables, from among the following:  grilled eggplant, onions, rapini, roasted peppers, spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes.

 

Note:  Our Italian Meat and Vegetarian options may also include one of our delicious Cheeses, such as Fontina, Smoked Mozzarella, Asiago, American, Provolone or Swiss Cheese.

 

Specialty Grilled:                                                            $5.95

 

Specialty grilled sandwiches are also available, including Sausage & Peppers with onions and melted mozzarella, or Grilled Chicken Breast with roasted peppers and Fontina Cheese.

 

We will help you Customize your Platter selections to best meet your tastes and needs.  We suggest at least 1-1/2 mini paninis per person.  All Panini Platters are prepared for a minimum of 12 persons.
